I have been getting many emails from customers over the last years asking me to help them install this or that script that they purchased from my sites, the websites they purchased from me or from other places.

Though all our products come with detailed installation instructions, indeed sometimes it is not very easy for a complete newbie. Or maybe you just don't have time to upload and configure multiple files on your website.

So I decided to offer this service as a response to all those requests and to make my customers' lives much easier.

So how much such service will cost you?

This service is designed to be a helper and a time-saver for my current customers, so it is priced accordingly. No matter how large or complicated the package to install is, the price is only a low one-time flat fee of $17.

IMPORTANT: Before Ordering Script Installation

1. You of course must have already purchased the products. The installation does NOT include the product purchase. We may ask you to send us the product.

2. You need to have a domain and hosting and know the folder where you want that script installed. If you need a new hosting and/or domain you can order direct from us at: WebLantisHosting

3. Get ready your hosting ftp and control panel login details, you will need to provide them on the next page after payment.

4. We need the name of the folder the script should be installed in.

5. We need the administrator name and password you wish

6. We need your main email address

Once you have paid for the job you need to send me the following :

  • The original script files provided to you by the author
  • The domain name of your website
  • The FTP username and password for your website account
  • The URL of the control panel interface used to maintain your website
  • The name of the folder you wish to have the scripts installed onto, if any.
  • Your hosting company's name and web address
  • Anything else that I need to know about installing your script

What I will send to you:

  • I will email you as soon as the job is completed
  • You will receive a report of all work done
  • You will receive any necessary URL's, usernames, and passwords needed to use your new script
  • If your server does not meet the scripts requirements, I will notify you what to inform your web hosting company to make the necessary adjustments.

5 Simple Rules:

1. You must have valid ftp and Control Panel details from your host. We will not contact your hosting company about it. This is your responsibility.

2. After you pay and submit details your script will usually be installed within 24 hours during the business days and 72 hours on weekends. If we have any problems or need more time we will notify you.

3. Details will be sent only to your payment email address.

4. Once the script is installed, tested and details provided to you, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

5. If we are unable to install the script for ANY reason, we will refund your payment in full.
